The Problem
Benchmark Rings had an outdated website that did not adequately show off their beautiful custom manufactured wedding rings. Their system was difficult to use and consumers were being turned away because they could not easily find where to purchase a Benchmark ring near their location.
The Solution
The Nine worked closely with Benchmark's in-house designers to develop a custom solution for their website. Consumers can browse rings and make an informed decision by viewing a 360 video of each ring, searching for retailers near their location, and filtering rings based on color, gem stone, material, or other factors. When it comes time to purchase, consumers can either connect with their nearest retailer, or purchase the ring directly with a unique Shopify integration.
